"We were looking for a minibus for our day centre. Which our service users had been fundraising for in 2019. We came across CVM and made enquires of which Ben got back in touch ASAP on chatted with me what requirements I wanted. At no point did I feel he was pressuring me into purchasing any stock that they may have already had, which is unusual from previous experiences with contacting other companies!
He had a bus come in and brought it to show us, which I must add is over 120 miles away. My own mechanic checked it over again he was more than happy to drive it to the garage nothing was to much trouble. He spent a couple of hours with us and we decided to have the bus. Our current bus is green and yellow and we are known for it. He asked if we were getting it wrapped but I explained we will but couldn’t afford it at the moment. That evening I received the most loveliest email from Ben saying that our service users had touched his heart and he felt humbled to meet them and was going to see if his company would help with the cost to get it wrapped. Well to Freedoms amazement the company along with Solent Signs agreed to cover all costs and sign write it as well!!
This really is such a generous and kind gesture which you don’t come across often especially if there’s no connection to you which being so far away there isn’t. Everyone at Freedom day centre really can’t thank you all enough. We will be forever grateful. Ben CVM should feel privileged to have you working for them. Your a credit!!
